Recruiting the Next Generation of Volunteers
Meals on Wheels was hoping to attract a new generation of volunteers, while Uber was hoping to bring attention to its longstanding partnership with Meals on Wheels.
To accomplish both, Meals on Wheels and Uber paired up 3 seniors with 3 artists to bring to life the magic that happens when you share a meal together, as so many volunteers do throughout the country on any given week.
These 3 conversations inspired custom-dinner plate designs that were then sold with all proceeds going to Meals on Wheels. Sam led Uber’s marketing campaign strategy and execution to ensure these stories could help raise awareness of the partnership, and encourage people to volunteer or donate.
